Privacy policy

This privacy policy is a draft placeholder. Convowell will publish the final text before it takes effect. Until then, this page describes how the service handles data today.

What we store

  • Your account: your name, your e-mail address and a hash of your password. We do not verify e-mail addresses and we do not send e-mail.
  • Your workspaces: the WhatsApp conversations of the numbers you link, your contacts, notes, pipeline stages and follow-ups, your assistant's documents and the drafts it writes.
  • Your AI key: stored encrypted. It is never shown again in the app and is used only to ask your AI provider for drafts.
  • Support tickets: the messages and screenshots you send to the support team.
  • Logs and audit records: technical logs and an audit trail of important actions. They hold identifiers, codes and counts, not the text of your messages.

Where it stays and who can see it

  • Each workspace keeps its own data. Other users of the service cannot see it.
  • When the assistant writes a draft, the conversation and your assistant's documents are sent to the AI provider you connected, under that provider's terms.
  • The platform operator runs the servers and can technically reach the stored data. Platform staff may view account data, including conversations, read-only, to provide support. Every such view is recorded in an audit log.

Your choices

  • You can delete contacts in your workspaces and unlink a WhatsApp number at any time.
  • You can ask us to delete your account through a support ticket in the app. Deleting an account removes its workspaces and their data.
  • People who ask not to be contacted again are respected in your workspaces.
