Terms of service
These terms are a draft placeholder. Convowell will publish the final text before it takes effect. Until then, this page describes how the service works today.
Who provides the service
Convowell is provided by Convowell ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
- You need an account to use Convowell. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Each account owns its workspaces. There are no shared workspaces or team members yet.
- You may ask us to delete your account at any time through a support ticket in the app.
Using WhatsApp
- You link your own WhatsApp numbers by scanning a QR code with the WhatsApp app on your phone. Use only numbers you are allowed to use, and follow WhatsApp's own terms.
- Convowell is independent software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may limit or block numbers that use linked devices in ways it does not allow.
- Use the service lawfully. Respect the people you write to: do not send spam, and stop when someone asks you not to contact them again.
AI drafts and your AI provider
- The AI writes drafts only. Nothing is sent until a person on your account reviews it and presses Send. You are responsible for every message you send.
- Drafts are written by an AI provider that you connect with your own API key. Your use of that provider is between you and the provider, under its terms and prices.
- AI drafts can be wrong. Check prices, dates and promises before you send.
Staff access for support
Platform staff may view account data, including conversations, read-only, to provide support. Every such view is recorded in an audit log. Staff cannot send, edit or delete anything in your workspaces through that view.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Questions about these terms: our contact page.
